Any permanent employee who has been with the company for at least 3 months (excluding the probation period) can request a loan up to an amount equal to their 1 month's salary.
If you've been with the company for less than 1 year, then the loan must be returned within 3 months. If you've been with the company for more than a year, then the loan must be returned within 12 months.
