An employee can work from home only on approval from Line Manager
- The request for WFH must be applied and approved through Resourceinn
- Work from Home approval must be taken at least before 1 day
- Employees will be able to mark attendance through Resourceinn only if the WFH request is approved
- Managers should responsibly approve WFH request timely so employees can mark their attendance on a particular day
- In case the WFH request does not get approved timely, employees will Check-in with a message on the respective team/project channel on Slack when:
.1Started Working at 10:00 AM
.2Taking any break (lunch, prayer)
.3Ended Working
- Daily standup on Zoom at 10:15 AM. Project Manager will share the Zoom link
- You will remain online on Slack during working hours. You will be responsive on Slack during working hours, assuring to broadcast your working hours on the respective team/project Slack channel
- Every 2-4 hours, a status update will be shared with the team on the project channel in Slack
- Mandatory presence is required for any sync-up meetings
- In case the status is not updated for 4 hours or the team member is not responsive, a half-day casual leave will be marked
- In case of unapproved WFH, a full-day casual leave will be marked
- There needs to be a good reason for working from home
- A public protest or lockdown
- Natural hazard/ force majeure (intense rain, floods, riots etc)
- Presence at home is needed due to illness or taking care of an immediate family member
- Urgent piece of work (apply for a casual leave instead)
- Feeling Sick (apply for a sick leave instead)
- Any reason that overpowers the ability to do office work is a bad reason
