Equal Employment Opportunity

The purpose of this policy is to provide equal employment opportunities to everyone irrespective of caste, race, gender, ethnicity, and religion, and to avoid the potential for favoritism and discrimination which create conflicts of interest, challenge loyalty, and discourage the hiring of blood relatives of any existing employees at any level. It is also intended to ensure internal discipline and positive morale in the workplace. Favoritism is granted to relatives or close friends, usually in the form of hiring practices, certain undue promotions, and privileges in employment and other work-related activities.

Conflict of Interest - A conflict of interest exists when an employee can gain a special advantage due to being a relative of another employee, or conversely for some other reason. In the hiring and during the course of employment, there should be no favoritism.

Also, through anti-nepotism, the company aims to achieve the highest levels of merit across all employment-related activities and exhorts the managers (and others involved in decision making) to maintain fair merit in any employee-related affairs.

No bias in the workplace - race, gender, religion, caste, or relatives
