Probationary Period Process

The main objective of the probationary period process is to confirm the employment status of all recently inducted employees, resulting in one of the three possibilities below, based on their performance, behavior, and overall suitability for the position:
  • Permanent Employment (eligible to avail the set of all standard benefits)
  • Extension (with a clear extension tenure)
  • Dismissal (end of services)

The probation period is standard at 90 days (from the date of joining) for any position in the company.


Process

  • Human Resources will share the employee’s feedback given by their line manager during the probation period and take the employee’s consent before moving forward in the process
  • Once the consent is taken, Human Resources will connect with stakeholders and share the details with leadership
  • The company’s decision will be shared with the employee through an email
